WiFi signal takes the swagger from sperm!

A new report from Argentinian scientists states that electromagnetic radiation in a laptop's Wi-Fi connection could take the swagger out of sperm.

"Use of laptop computers connected to internet through Wi-Fi decreases human sperm motility and increases sperm DNA fragmentation"

The thought-provoking article, published in the journal Fertility and Sterility, is the culmination of a study conducted by Conrado Avendano, a biochemist working for the Nascentis Center of Reproductive Medicine in Cordoba, Argentina, in conjunction with a group of medical professionals.

The study found that semen from 29 donors placed for four hours in room-temperature petri dishes 3 centimeters from a laptop actively connected to Wi-Fi showed "a significant decrease in progressive sperm motility and an increase in sperm DNA fragmentation.".. For anyone who does not want to be exposed to the radiation emitted from your utility smart meter, we have developed a simple yet technically proven product to block over.

See how Jini Patel Thompson's home has massive amounts of dirty electricity coming in from both the power company itself AND the fact that her Cable TV was never grounded properly when it was installed. Lots more on her blog:

We Are EMR Guinea Pigs

A global "Smart Grid" program is being implemented which is blasting homes and businesses with more electromagnetic radiation than human beings have ever been subject to in human history. It is utterly preposterous to assume this will not lead to major human epidemics.

Telco Insider fights back.

Highlighting what he saw as dangerous tower emissions, he was sent to jail for his act. But the former technician hasn't changed his mind about the health effects of mobile phone towers.

Now he's preparing another protest, but this one won't involve a tank.

"The microwaves that cell phones emit can interact with human tissue in an entirely new way, says theoretical biologist at a government lab"

This is an interesting step forward in the fight to understand exactly how it is that cell phones and radio frequency signals can affect humans without literally burning them (the 'thermal' effect..)

Also an interesting aside into how radiowaves can affect the properties of water..

"In 2007 radio-engineer John Kanzius developed an apparatus for cancer treatment by polarized radiowaves in 13 MHz frequency range. During desalination tests of his device with tube filled by marine watter (~ 3% solution of NaCl) he observed an evolution of hydrogen, which can be ignited by lighter (video 1, 2). Experiments were confirmed and replicated (1, 2) by Rustum Roy, a materials scientist at Pennsylvania State University."

Before its announcement Tuesday, The World Health Organization had assured consumers that no adverse health effects had been established.

However a team of 31 scientists from 14 countries, including the United States, made the decision after reviewing peer-reviewed studies on cell phone safety. The team found enough evidence to categorize personal exposure as “possibly carcinogenic to humans.” ….

The World Health Organization now lists mobile phone use in the same “carcinogenic hazard” category as lead, engine exhaust and chloroform.
